She was sentenced to 6months in jail for violating her probation. Michelle was on probation for a dui & a hit and run, but she had violated her probation. Michelle signed a document stating that she did completed her community services... that was a lie, she had not. Around the time she was suppose to have been in California picking up trash on the road, she was actually in New York. Hmm...
Michelle appeared in court today, and is scheduled to report to the Los Angeles County jail by December 24th. Well... well... well...
Only thing she had to do was pick up some damn garbage and she would've been okay. This is just sad.
