T-pain ARRESTED!

Not that it's funny or anything but all I can say is HA!
T-Pain who's real name is Faheem Najm was arrested Friday morning for outstanding warrants.
He was in Tallahassee, Fl to perform for an event when the police noticed him drving a vehicle. The police officer ran a background check on him that's when the found out he had a suspended license. After that there was a warrant out for his arrested. He then later turned himself in...

A spokesperson from Jive Records issued this statement: "T-Pain was given a few traffic tickets several years ago for minor infractions (speeding ticket, running a stop sign, failure to pay etc.). These were mistakes that Pain made as a young man that just received his driver's license. He did not have the money nor the knowledge at the time to take care of them. The "arrest" this morning was him voluntarily turning himself in. It was scheduled with our local attorney and coordinated with the jail. There was no bail and he was released on his own recognizance within a few hours. He is in transit to his show tonight at the University of South Florida in Tampa and will not miss any scheduled engagements."

Yeah, yeah, yeah, blah, blah, blah... I still think it's funny though. Anyhoo moving on to another subject.

Model falls through runway floor, ROTFLMAO!

This is just funny to me! I don't understand how some people never acknowledge what they're doing. Of course models aren't suppose to look down but COME ON NOW! How do you not know there's a hole in the runway? The guy that was peforming did a front flip and fell flat on his back and bust the runway floor. There was a hole there, and he gets up and pretends as if nothing happened. So the nimwit goes out and does her thang, and falls through the floor! Then one of the other models come back to help her out of the hole. Once she's out I guess she got mad and just stormed off.TALKING ABOUT SOMEONE LAUGHING. Literally I was on the floor rolling! How did she not know? I know they told her backstage. I know that she knew, for her to walk off her job is just tacky. Well, anyhow... here's the video. Tiny is pregnant again!!!

A source close to Tameka "Tiny" Cottle has confirmed that Tiny is pregnant again with T.I.'s baby. The sex of the baby is unknown. The baby would be the couple's second child together. Tiny delivered a stillborn baby girl this past March and the couple were determined to have another baby.Meanwhile, T.I., real name Clifford Harris, was denied bond in a federal magistrate court today. In attendance at the proceedings were Tiny, two of T.I.'s other baby mamas and all of T.I.'s children except for King who remained at home. Tiny, who was arrested on marijuana and Ecstasy possession on Saturday, took King to visit his father in jail yesterday. My brother, Ray, has been an avid gun collector since his teens so I have no problem believing that. My brother obtained his license to carry a concealed weapon at the age of 18. He quickly amassed a collection of guns much larger than T.I.'s collection. Today, my brother, who never attended college, owns a GNC store in Dunnedin, Florida (a suburb of Tampa). My brother has never shot anyone.It's easy to question why T.I. was buying machine guns and silencers, but what gun collector (my brother included) doesn't own a machine gun? It doesn't mean they intend to start a war. I imagine it would be difficult for a boy like T.I. to turn down the chance to own a machine gun. It doesn't make him a bad person.Family friends state the bodyguard, whose initials are C.W., had a license to purchase certain weapons legally and offered to purchase guns for T.I. from the moment he started working for T.I. in July. That should have been a red flag. The family source said T.I. is not doing well in federal custody. "This is very hard on T.I.P.," said the source.

She was sentenced to 6months in jail for violating her probation. Michelle was on probation for a dui & a hit and run, but she had violated her probation. Michelle signed a document stating that she did completed her community services... that was a lie, she had not. Around the time she was suppose to have been in California picking up trash on the road, she was actually in New York. Hmm...
Michelle appeared in court today, and is scheduled to report to the Los Angeles County jail by December 24th. Well... well... well...

Sean Combs is stepping up to the plate and taking legal responsibility for his sixth child, his 15-month-old daughter, Chance. Even though the little girl was a factor in his break-up with longtime girlfriend, Kim Porter.
Over the past year, Combs' reps repeatedly denied to us that he'd fathered the child with Atlanta beauty Sarah Chapman. Combs now tells us he'd been holding off on acknowledging Chance as his blood until DNA tests had been completed.
"At first, I wasn't sure if this was my child," he said. "Now that it has become clear she is, I will take care of her for the rest of her life."
Combs, 37, and Porter, 36, welcomed daughters Jessie James and D'Lila Star last December. They also have a son, Christian, 8. Combs has a 13-year-old son, Justin, with ex-girlfriend Misa Hylton-Brim. He's also been a father to Porter's son, Quincy.

There have been reports that this young man has a drinking problem. He was seen falling over outside a Mayfair club in April and drunkenly partying with Canadian bar girls in June.

BLACK DEAF STUDENT VICTIM OF RACIST ATTACK: Student has "KKK" and swastikas scrawled on his chest while tied up.

A black student at a secondary school for the hearing impaired in Washington D.C. was held against his will and marked with racist comments during an incident last weekend.
The words "KKK" and swastikas were drawn on the skin of the deaf victim, who was tied up for about 45 minutes before being released, according to Metro Police Chief Cathy Lanier. He quickly notified dorm and school authorities, who called police.
Police have identified and interviewed the students involved and the "investigation is ongoing," Lanier said Wednesday. As of press time, no charges had been filed, and no names have been released. The incident, however, could result in criminal charges with "enhanced penalties for a hate crime," said Lanier.
Trouble started brewing when a group of black students and a group of white students began rough-housing in a dorm. "My understanding is the two groups engaged in friendly horseplay," Lanier said. But, she added, the groups got "angry with each other."
The two groups separated, she said, but later, six white students and one black student -- all between the ages of 15 and 19 -- took one of the black students into a dorm room and "held him there against his will."
"They used markers to write 'KKK' and draw swastikas on the student," Lanier said. They also tied up his hands so he was unable to communicate in sign language.
The residential high school is located on the campus of Gallaudet University, a higher education facility for deaf and hard of hearing people. The high school is administered as a division of the university's Laurent Clerc National Deaf Education Center.
Dean of Clerc Center Katherine A. Jankowski said the seven students who participated in the incident were sent home. Gallaudet provost Stephen Weiner said the school does "not tolerate any action, behavior of this type."
"We are taking action," he said. "We are looking at programs to help students understand we are a school with a diverse population. …This incident is intolerable. That's why the Metro police are involved. That's how serious we are about this incident"

*Sighs* Even the deaf culture face racism. When we all as the people of this nation know that we are suppose to love one another and not to hate. Being deaf, blind, hearing and etc doesn't excuse you for your actions. I certainly hope these young men are held accountable for their actions to the fullest. You do wrong you should pay the price. Wrong is wrong, bottom line. I have seen deaf men and women, white, black, mexican, asian, and etc. struggle in this world. They have come a long way... But they continue to fight for equality. Judging from his Myspace page Elidor preferred blonds and Latinas. There's no telling how many of them he infected.Elidor's Myspace page is loaded with celebrity pics detailing a life of excess, money, fast cars and women - it's the women that did him in. Body Found by Missing Chicago Woman’s Vehicle

TRAGIC!!! TRAGIC!!! I'm speechless. Just tragic.

The badly decomposed body of a woman was found early this morning in an area of Calumet City where police have been searching for Nailah Franklin, a Chicago woman missing for about a week.Patrol officers found an unclothed body behind several vacant businesses at River Oaks Drive and Gold Coast Lane, near the Wentworth Woods Forest Preserve. Dozens of investigators with Calumet City police, Chicago police and the Cook County medical examiner's office were on the scene this afternoon.Franklin's sisters said the body has not been confirmed to be that of the missing woman, according to a family friend. The family, including Franklin's five sisters and a brother, have been working directly with detectives, the friend said.

A relative who has told some media outlets that the body is hers does not speak for the family, the friend said.Calumet City Police Chief Russell Larson said at the scene that the condition of the body has prevented police from making a positive identification. He said that they had determined the victim is a woman, but that the body is decomposed to the point that it's impossible to determine race or any other factors."At no time has anyone identified this body," Larson said. "No one has an idea who it might be."The Cook County medical examiner's office said they will perform an autopsy on the body tomorrow, and Chicago police have said dental records will needed to make a positive identification.Larson said two officers were on patrol around 5 a.m. when they noticed something unusual in the parking lot.

They decided to check out the area and discovered the body in a densely wooded area behind a shuttered business.He would not say what it was that piqued the officers' interest but said, "They paid attention to a very minute detail that most people would have walked past."Rocco Santana, a salesman at the River Oaks Ford dealership across the street from the scene, said he saw a black car parked in the parking lot on Friday night. The vehicle was there for about 20 minutes then left eastbound on 159th Street, he said."It came in quick and left quick," Santana said.Authorities have been searching the Calumet City area over the last several days for Franklin, 28, who was reported missing Sept. 19 after failing to show up for a business meeting. Her car was found abandoned in Hammond on Saturday.Franklin, a pharmaceuticals representative who lived near the University of Illinois at Chicago campus, had filed a police report about threatening phone calls she received from a man she dated briefly. Since her disappearance, family members have been papering the city with fliers. Her family also offered a $10,000 reward for information on her whereabouts and set up a Web site aimed at generating leads.Franklin was last heard from Sept. 18, when she called her boyfriend in Milwaukee. Three vague text messages from her phone later that night indicated she was having dinner and would call her family and boss back. They didn't hear from her again.Franklin works for Eli Lilly & Co. She is a graduate of Homewood-Flossmoor High School and has a bachelor's degree in advertising from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.

Nevada Authorities Search for Girl, Man in Explicit Sex Tape

LAS VEGAS — Authorities in Nevada were trying Tuesday to find a girl believed to be 4 or 5 years old and a man seen performing explicit sexual acts on her in an amateur videotape that detectives were told was found in the desert.
"The problem is the unknowns," said Nye County sheriff's Detective David Boruchowitz, who said he hoped widespread national attention would identify the girl and the man.

"We have no idea where he's from, where she's from, and no idea who they are or where they are," Boruchowitz said in a telephone interview from the sheriff's office in Pahrump, 60 miles west of Las Vegas.
The tape, a little longer than 30 minutes, clearly shows the adult man performing criminal sexual acts that Boruchowitz said included rape, "everything else, and then some."
A 26-year-old Pahrump man, Darren Tuck, surrendered the tape to Nye County sheriff's investigators Sept. 8, after another man reported seeing it, Boruchowitz said.
Tuck told detectives he found the videotape in the desert outside Pahrump more than five months ago, although Boruchowitz said the tape didn't appear to have been exposed to weather or elements.
Boruchowitz said investigators don't think Tuck made the tape. Tuck was arrested Sept. 19 on charges of promoting child pornography and possession of child pornography, felonies. The top charge carries a possible sentence of up to life in prison.

Tuck was released without bail, pending arraignment Nov. 26 in Pahrump Justice Court, a court official said.
His lawyer did not immediately respond Tuesday to messages seeking comment.
"Our concern is if little girl is still in that situation," Boruchowitz said. "Our concern is to get her out of the nightmare that she's been living in."

Stuntman dies on the set of new Batman movie

A special effects technician on the new Batman movie has been killed after a 4x4 truck hit a tree.The man died when the vehicle, which was carrying a camera platform, crashed on a test run while following a stunt vehicle, which is thought to have been the Batmobile.Emergency services were called to Longcross, near Chertsey in Surrey, but the man was pronounced dead.Batman: The Dark Knight, made by Warner Bros Pictures, is set for release in the UK next summer.Christian Bale plays superhero Batman - aka Bruce Wayne - with Michael Caine as his butler Alfred. Gary Oldman and Morgan Freeman are also due to star.

A Warner Bros spokeswoman said no actors were involved, and the accident did not happen on set or while filming was taking place.She said: "Warner Bros Pictures and the entire cast and crew of The Dark Knight are deeply saddened by this tragedy and their hearts and prayers go out to the family and loved ones of the deceased."Police and the Health & Safety Executive have launched a joint investigation.

A HSE spokesman confirmed two vehicles had been involved in a "filming production exercise" when the crash happened.He said: "It appears one vehicle was undertaking some stunt driving and another 4x4 provided the camera platform to film it.

"The second vehicle and a camera operator were involved in a collision with a tree."
